3) Ada 5 buah rumah yang masing-masing mempunyai warna berbeza. Setiap rumah dihuni oleh seorang lelaki dgn warganegara yg berbeza. Setiap penghuni rumah menyukai jenis minuman tertentu, merokok dgn jenama rokok tertentu dan memelihara sejenis haiwan peliharaan yg berbeza. Tiada seorang pun yang sama minuman kegemarannya, merokok yg sama jenama atau memelihara haiwan yg sama jenisnya. SOALANNYA : Siapakah Yang memelihara IKAN?

Orang Inggeris tinggal di dalam rumah berwarna merah. Orang Sweden memelihara arnab. Orang Denmark suka minum teh. Rumah berwarna putih terletak tepat di sebelah kiri rumah berwarna coklat. Penghuni rumah berwarna putih suka minum kopi. Orang yang merokok PallMall memelihara burung. Penghuni rumah yang terletak ditengah-tengah suka minum susu. Penghuni rumah berwarna kuning merokok Dunhill. Orang Norwegian tinggal di rumah yang pertama. Orang yang merokok Marlboro tinggal di sebelah orang yang memelihara kucing. Orang yang memelihara kuda tinggal di sebelah orang yang merokok Dunhill. Orang yang merokok Winfield suka minum sirap. Di sebelah rumah berwarna biru tinggal orang Norwegia. Orang Jerman merokok Rothmans. Orang yang merokok Marlboro berjiran dengan orang yang minum air.
